Cardiff Oncology's Board of Directors approved the Anonymous Ethics and Compliance Hotline on December 9, 2015 which is effective as of January 1, 2016.

Lighthouse toll free number and other methods of reporting are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Complaints should be as detailed and complete as possible and include references to any supporting documentation in order to allow effective and efficient investigation thereof. Cardiff Oncology’s Audit Committee will oversee investigation and treatment of employee concerns collected. Unless you choose to provide it, personally identifiable information remains confidential.
