On November 15, 2018, Trovagene, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to compliance with certain conditions. Trovagene, Inc. Receives Positive Nasdaq Listing Decision

SAN DIEGO, CA – November 15, 2018 – Trovagene, Inc. (Nasdaq: TROV), a clinical-stage oncology therapeutics company, taking a precision cancer medicine approach to develop drugs that target cell division (mitosis) for the treatment of leukemias, lymphomas and solid tumor cancers, announced today that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) has granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to compliance with certain conditions.

The Company is diligently working to evidence full compliance with all applicable requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, in particular the $1.00 bid price requirement.
